In Ghana, teachers are very busy and their schedules mainly depend on the rosters of their schools and the Ghana Education Service. Therefore, we again organized a teachers’ training in digital skills and ICT lab maintenance in Ghana during the long vacation in July and August 2019. Two large groups of teachers from the Eastern Region were trained.
We equipped the participating teachers with an extensive digital skills training program for High School Students, which we created based on our training program which we developed in collaboration with Computer Shisha in India (www.computershiksha.org).
After this training, schools are ready to join the Maxim Nyansa Learning Transformation Program.
