PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD PASSES ON AND IS REPLACED ON THE INTERRIM
President of Maxim Nyansa Foundation passed on Friday, 27th March 2020, Accra-Ghana after short illness. He also left behind People’s Pension Trust an African Pension Fund for the informal sector. The entire Maxim Nyansa family mourns this great loss and we extend our deepest condolence to Samuel’s family.
Samuel in his capacity as President of Maxim Nyansa Foundation contributed enormously to the success of Maxim Nyansa. He will be deeply missed but we at Maxim Nyansa will work to ensure his legacy in contributing to the digital transformation in Ghana and Africa lives on.
With the passing of our President, Mr. Samuel Waterberg, the board of Maxim Nyansa has appointed Mr. Augustine Agyemang-Duah as the Interim President for the rest of the year 2020. In times like this, as we continue to grief the passing of our President, we need to keep hope alive and stay strong to ensure the work of Maxim Nyansa and the legacy of Samuel is continued.
We therefore welcome and congratulate Mr. Augustine Agyemang-Duah as our interim President, we will support him in managing the affairs of Maxim Nyansa IT Solutions in reaching its goals.
