IT SUPPORT TRAINING - 2026

Introduction

Maxim Nyansa Foundation is organizing a TVET-certified Technical IT Support Training Program designed to equip participants with practical skills in computer hardware, IT support, Microsoft Office tools, and AI fundamentals.

This six-week, hands-on training is open to individuals who want to build practical technical skills for employment, entrepreneurship, or career advancement in the technology sector.

Description:

The IT Support Training Program is a practical, in-person training designed to prepare participants for real-world technical support roles. The program focuses on laptop and desktop repairs, hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, system installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance.

Participants will also receive digital skills training in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as an introduction to Artificial Intelligence fundamentals. These add-on skills will strengthen their productivity, workplace readiness, and ability to adapt to today’s digital economy.

By the end of the program, participants will have the confidence and foundational technical competence to support computer systems, troubleshoot common hardware issues, and pursue opportunities in IT support, device repair, or small-scale technical service businesses.
