2018 PROFESSIONALISM PROGRAM FOR YOUNG IT GRADUATES STARTED 1 JULY
After a recruitment procedure of several steps, 13 new trainees have started their intensive training with Maxim Nyansa this month. As we are constantly improving the program, we have decided to focus more on career coaching and help people in their orientation on the job market.
The program will now take one month, and the 3 weeks boot camps that we have done in earlier years will be replaced by more focused specialization programs. Also, we have decided to replace the Prince 2 project management module by PMP which is more widely used in Africa. Faisal Addae, an experienced PMP certified project manager is going to be our trainer.
We are happy that we have been able to recruit 3 ladies in the program again. For the first time, the majority of the trainers is of Ghanaian nationality. We see this as progress, as local professionals with extensive experience are the ideal trainers to prepare young graduates for the West-African job market.
