A quick scan was conducted earlier in 2018 for four earmarked Schools in the Asene Manso Akroso district in the Eastern region. A short report followed from Maxim Nyansa about exactly what was required for the ICT classrooms to be equipped with ICT equipment. The member of Parliament for the district together with the District chief executive (DCE), heads of schools and district educational directorate made sure these schools were ready to be equipped. The Schools were at a later date equipped each with fifteen(15) workstations, a smartboard and a projector to serve schools 2km around each. Additional three(3) Schools were equipped in August 2019 after a train the trainer program was organized in the district to train thirty-eight(38) teachers in digital skills to enhance teaching and learning in their respective Schools, and also to easily deliver the new Ghana Education Service (GES) Curriculum from 2019/2020 academic year.
